3. Client Responsibilities

As a client using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your project requirements
• Respond promptly to communications from our team
• Provide necessary access and resources for placed developers
• Maintain professional and respectful communication
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay agreed fees according to the payment terms

4. Developer Placement Terms

4.1 Placement Process

• We will provide developer profiles matching your requirements
• You may interview candidates before final selection
• Placement typically occurs within 24-48 hours of agreement
• We provide ongoing support during the engagement period

4.2 Quality Guarantee

• 30-day replacement guarantee for unsatisfactory placements
• Free replacement if developer doesn't meet agreed standards
• Technical support and mediation services included

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions:

• Payment schedules will be agreed upon before project commencement
• Invoices are typically due within 15-30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

6. Intellectual Property Rights

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice:

• Immediate termination for breach of terms

• Outstanding payments remain due after termination

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

• We encourage direct communication to resolve issues

11. Force Majeure
